Hello.

Please uninstall version 2021.3, and install the current version, QuickOPC 2022.1. Your license allows version 2022.1 too.
In my test, this has resolved the problem.

Hello,

this is to let you know that I have managed to reproduce the "An OPC-UA RTD Server license is not granted..." issue on one computer.
This gives me an opportunity to investigate it. Please bear with me, it will take some time. At this moment, I do not need more information form you.

I will post an update here when I have more information.

Hello.
I know. I still need to do some tests to see if I can reproduce it.

Re-importing license keys wouldn't do any harm, but I also doubt that it will help.

I will let you know when I have more info.

I use a single pc where there are activeted licenses. In this PC I have a problem
But on my PC where there is a DEMO licence I have not error...

I have received the License Manager screenshot.
It looks like that the licenses are installed correctly.

And, I have installed your license keys and made a test. Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the problem. Will keep trying.

Can you tell me whether your Excel runs in 32-bit or 64-bit process? Instructions:

1. Start Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc).
2. Switch to Detail tab.
3. Enable the "Platform column"; Right-click in the table header row (where the Name, PID, Status etc. appear), choose Select columns, scroll down to find Platform, check the box, press OK.
4. Locale EXCEL.EXE row in Name column in the table. What is under the Platform column in that row please?

Additional question: Are you doing this on multiple computers and some work and some don't, or none work, or just doing it on one computer?

Hello,

have you installed both the "base" license, and the Excel Option license, on the computer where you are running this?
If so, please send me a screenshot of the License Manager dialog, with these licenses installed, to support09 (at) opclabs.com.
