Hello.

The supported operating systems and .NET runtimes are, for each version, in its documentation. For the current version (2019.1), it is here:

Older .NET runtimes probably won't work; older operating systems may work. But anyway, only what is listed, is supported.

If you need to use the software with an older operating system or .NET runtime, you may try an older version which used to support it - the table of versions and their requirements is here:

Can we run product any framework version at least 4.6 and there is any remote support chance for technical issues.

When i will complete the managed resource license type in my code (c# .net framework) is debug folder enough for me ??? That is important for me.
