I am not sure if my recent reply went into the system, so repeating: Thanks for detailed report. I will investigate. Can you please tell me
1. QuickOPC version and build.
2. Explain "I have tried with the license installed via License Manager and uninstalled." - what was the behavior when the license was installed with License Manager?

The license is not recognized.
I have tried with the license installed via License Manager and uninstalled.
