Hi Support Team,I have installed the latest Quick OPC library (2024.2) and am working with the demo examples in Visual Studio 2022. However, I am encountering several exceptions and errors that I need assistance with:Issue 1: COM Security Initialization ErrorWhen running the EasyOPCDADemo example, I get the following error related to COM security initialization:OpcLabs.EventTracing.LogEntries Error: COM security initialization failed; CoInitializeSecurity failure (0x80010119): Security must be initialized before any interfaces are marshalled or unmarshalled.Issue 2: EEFileLoadException in DumpAddressSpaceRunning the DumpAddressSpace example from the Win32 folder results in:Microsoft C++ exception: EEFileLoadException at memory location 0x006FAFD0.Issue 3: Integration in C++ ProjectAfter integrating Quick OPC into my C++ project, I’m seeing the same errors:
  • Microsoft C++ exception: EEMessageException
  • OpcLabs.EventTracing.LogEntries Error: COM security initialization failure
Additionally, other examples in the demo package (under CPP->VisualStudio->Win32) are throwing similar exceptions.I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve these issues.Thank you for your support!Best regards,
Keyuri
