Hello.
I suppose you to mean to an element of an array, not to an index of an array.

OPC UA has such a feature, and QuickOPC supports it. See:

The index range can be for a single element, too.

This only works if the OPC UA server actually supports it (not all servers do). OPC Classic does not have a corresponding feature. 
Some servers also expose array elements as individual tags.
