The answer is No. You will receive just the items that have changed, and there can therefore be number of entries in MultipleItemsChanged event between 1 and the total count of items subscribed.
Also note that the without regard for which of SubscribeItem/SubscribeMultipleItems method you use, the effect is that each change of a subscribed item always appears in both ItemChanged and MultipleItemsChanged events. I.e., SubscribeItem is NOT tied to just ItemChanged and SubscribeMultipleItems is NOT tied to just MultipleItemsChanged.

If I subscribe to 10 items using the subscribemultipleitems method and then monitor the multipleitemschanged event to monitor changes to the subscribed items will the returned array always contain the same number of entries or will the number of entries be dependent on the number of items that have changed?
