Write OPC tag from Powershell

Hello,

PowerShell is not that commonly used with QuickOPC, but people have made it work. Please have a look at following articles in Knowledge Base first:

- kb.opclabs.com/How_to_read_an_OPC_item_value_in_PowerShell
- kb.opclabs.com/How_to_subscribe_to_OPC_data_changes_in_PowerShell

The programming is not that different from C# or VB.NET (for which we have plenty of examples), the main difference is in the syntax.

Are you connected to OPC "Classic" or OPC UA server? (both are supported).

I am willing to help you if you arte not sure how to proceed; I can prepare an example with writing a tag if you let me know the server technology.

Best regards
