5.30 is OK.

What matters is the "Release date covered". Compare it to the last column in this table: kb.opclabs.com/Versions .

Hi,

I have installed this license using the License Manager. It says that the "Version Number covered" is 530.

Shouldn't it be 5.63?

Is it okay?

Hello.

You are using license S/N 1999321614 with a QuickOPC version (5.63) that it does not cover.
You have a newer license key from 2021 that you should use with version 5.63.
