We do not make the source code to the components themselves available.

The source code of the demo application is available in the product itself. Just go (after installing QuickOPC) open the solution with C# examples, which you can do from QuickOPC Start menu folder or Launcher:

Examples -> .NET Source Code -> C# Examples (Visual Studio)

This is for the current version (2018.2). From the title of your question, I am not sure whether you are not using some older version; if you are, you should switch to 2018.2 first. Older versions are similar in this respect, but are no longer supported.
