We had installed the license already, but I saw that the installed license had a entry in "Release Date Covered" which was in March and we updated last week to the newest version. I had in mind, that we extended the license, so i will talk to our purchasing department whether they extended the license. If they extended the license you should probably sent us a new license file, shouldn't you?

Have you installed the license on the computer where your application is running? (and not just on the development computer?)

Hallo,

since a couple of days after running our application longer than 30 minutes we are receiving this error message.

License validity check for EasyUAClient component has failed. Run time is over the limit in license "Multipurpose". The license you have (most likely trial version) does not provide valid data after certain time period expires. Note that after the component's process is simply restarted, valid data will be provided again. Obtain and install proper license to permanently resolve this error.
Component name: "QuickOPC", license IDs: "Multipurpose", version number: 553, release date: 6/4/2018, trial validity: 210 days, option name: "EasyUAClient".


We purchased Quick OPC Ultimate, Site License. Can you provide us a solution to get rid of this error?
